Information for applicants

APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 28, 2025 at 01.00pm CEST 

• Detailed information is available in the call for applications. 

• Due to high traffic close to the call deadline, applicants are encouraged to submit their application well in advance of the deadline to avoid last-minute congestion in the online application procedure!

• Applications cannot be submitted after the deadline.

• Applications for the Ph.D. Program in Cultural Systems can only be submitted electronically.

• Applicants must complete the online application form (registration required), providing the required personal data and documents. 

• Detailed instructions for the submission procedure are available after registration. 

• Basic instructions for the submission procedure will be provided after registration. 

• Data included in the application form can be modified and updated until the final submission. 

• No further modifications are possible after the final submission. 

• Interviews of shortlisted candidates will take place on July 14-18, 2025.

• Admissions will be communicated by the end of July.

• The CS program will start on November 1, 2025.
